There are very few people who make the kind of lasting impact that Mr. Pinckney does. His heart for mentoring young people is evident in everything he does. He has a special gift for connecting with kids, making them feel seen, heard, and valued. He takes the time to build genuine relationships based on trust, respect, and encouragement, and that means more to these children than words can express. He believes in every child, even when they may struggle to believe in themselves. He works tirelessly to help them recognize their strengths and potential.

Mr. Patrick Pinckney was a key contributor in implementing the Innovate Program in Florence School District 3.  The Innovate Program provided some of our most at-risk students a newfound sense of hope and achievement.  Mr. Pinckney ensured students were exposed to various career opportunities as well as unique certifications.  Students were afforded the opportunity to invigorate their thoughts and talents to become high school graduates and career seekers.  Moreover, students found themselves more confident and ready for the world that awaits them due to Mr. Pinckney's leadership and commitment to excellence.
