Vision for Life Consultants (VFL) partners with school districts to strengthen adult practice, leadership systems, and student engagement—especially in rural and under-resourced communities. Our work is practical, systems-focused, and designed to produce measurable improvements in attendance, behavior, and school climate while building district capacity.

We offer a 3-Tier Service Model.  Most districts begin with a Tier 1 or Tier 2 engagement to build alignment, or a Tier 3 pilot serving a small cohort of high-need students. Services then scale based on outcomes, capacity, and district priorities.

Final funding determinations are made by the district in accordance with allowable uses and local priorities.
