Student Sucess Strategist

The Student Success Strategist model provides targeted, flexible support for schools and districts that need help connecting student needs, adult practices, family communication, progress monitoring, and organizational systems. Engagements can range from periodic consultation to structured on-site partnership days, without requiring a full-time five-day presence.

Experience & Results

Patrick’s education experience includes more than seven years of school-based student support and leadership related to social-emotional development, attendance, behavior, crisis response, family communication, alternative pathways, and students at risk of disengaging.

  • 40+ students advanced to the appropriate grade level
  • 22 students graduated through the Panther Choice School of Innovation
  • Grades 7–11 served through the alternative pathway

Raised Different™ can also support schools seeking structured conversations around identity, influence, choices, relationships, responsibility, belonging, and purpose. School implementations use developmentally appropriate, nonsectarian language while preserving the framework’s focus on meaningful conversation and trusted relationships.
