Patrick F. Pinckney has spent more than 25 years leading in ministry and serving families and communities. His work also includes extensive experience in education, student support, alternative pathways, youth mentoring, organizational leadership, speaking, authorship, and consulting.
Across churches, schools, and community settings, Patrick has consistently focused on the same central question: What influences are shaping young people, and how can trusted adults respond with greater clarity, consistency, faith, and purpose? That question is at the heart of VFL Consultants and Raised Different™.
Pastoral Leadership
Senior pastoral leadership since 2001, including preaching, teaching, leadership development, conferences, family support, community events, and ministerial collaboration.
Educational Experience
School-based student support related to social-emotional development, attendance, behavior, crisis response, family communication, academic recovery, and alternative education.
Program and Organizational Leadership
Experience helping develop and administer Panther Choice School of Innovation, supporting students who were overage, under-credited, or off track for graduation.
Youth and Community Work
Youth mentoring, community partnerships, violence-prevention efforts, family engagement, and initiatives designed to restore hope, responsibility, dignity, and purpose.
